Buying and cancelling

Prices are shown in the app in your store's currency, so the amount you see there can differ from the euro prices here.

You buy in the app only, through the App Store or Google Play. The purchase is behind the parent PIN, so a child cannot buy anything.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If Family ends, nothing is deleted. Profiles beyond the free plan are paused until you subscribe again or remove them.

Videos play in the official YouTube player. Pepelly does not remove YouTube ads; Family does not change that.

Questions about paying

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The yearly plan starts with 7 days free. If you cancel in your store account at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

Why can't I buy on the website?

Purchases run through the App Store and Google Play, so you manage and cancel them where you manage your other subscriptions.

Do I pay per child?

No. One Family purchase covers your whole family account.
